Gorgeous, fairly clean hotel with pretty friendly and amiable personnel especially MrMaharaj the Manager for making our stay an enjoyable one. Easy to get around Seeb with freeway located close to the property.

We had a satisfactory breakfast with eggs cooked to order, a good assortment of hot and also fresh juice, could find something for everyone. The staff was nice and really kind and responsive to what we asked for. Favourable location of the hotel to the centre of Al Khawd.

Nice setting, it's so close to the outskirts of Muscat, nearly super market, and a distinctive location close to the aromatic Polyfard Place. Also, it's 2 miles away from Al-Zulfa Mosque.

Spacious and clean rooms, convenient location, excellent room service. Polite and friendly reception staff, especially Mr. Maharaj, Mr. Vishal, Linto, and Mr. Farhan at the restaurant. Exceptional service from all staff, making you feel welcomed and solving any problems. Polite kitchen staff providing great service. A good variety of breakfast options offered by a hardworking staff member named Farhan. Worth the money, 5-star service.

Had a such great stay on my next holidays, glad I've chosen it. All the staff was nice, settled my issues. The hotel has marvellous and unbeatable location very close to the airport, sea, and the restaurant. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

I ate at a good restaurant with delicious food. It was good-sized and included a fairly clean bathroom.

The location was convenient for visiting restaurants and an oceanarium near the hotel.

Immaculately clean, amazing value hotel, the location was nice so close to the new mall of Muscat and airport and main highway. The beds were comfy, the rooms were brand-new with a kitchen, everything was really good.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and coffee/tea making equipment, a writing table and ironing facilities in the a double room. The hotel's location was marvellous and beautiful close to a major supermarket.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect for those flying in or out of the airport, as there is little traffic to cause any stress. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen that has all the necessary facilities. The hotel's oriental interior adds a touch of charm, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast included extra hot milk, which was a delightful addition and went perfectly with the hot cereal.

The only drawback was the average quality of the food. While the breakfast was limited, it was satisfactory considering the price we paid.

The staff was wonderful, especially Mr. Abbas - the shuttle driver. The restaurant and its chief Mr. Ahmed provided excellent service. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The free airport transfer with friendly driver Mr. Abbas was convenient for families.

Had a decent Christmas thanks to free shuttle bus to a nearby mall and an affordable restaurant. Convenient location close to the airport saved us trouble. Lovely view of the surrounding area from our room was a plus.

The room was dusty and not cleaned properly. There were ants in the room and we found it hard to sleep due to noisy air-conditioning.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was exceptional and we couldn't find any major areas for improvement.
